First things first!
Choose the strain you want and like the most to put in your beloved cookies.
The weed needs to be completely grinded. Take off the branches and leaves. The more sting the better! With this weed, we are going to do the crazy butter, that is the most important part of our recipe.
To make the butter, you will need:
• 10g of weed
• 2 butter bars
• 1 big pan
• 1 small pan
Put the butter inside the small pan and melt it in a water bath. When it is fully liquid pour the marijuana and mix well. It should be on low heat for
1 hour and 45 mins and you have to mix throughout the time that is in the fire.
After these, use a strainer to separate the solid matter from the liquid butter and then put the butter to rest in the fridge until it is solidified.
Ok, high butter is done, and while it is on the fridge, let’s prepare the cookies dough.
For the dough, you will need:
• 2 Big bowls
• 1 Mixer or Mixing Rod
• 1 Scale or Measuring Cups
• 1 Silicone Spatula
• 1 Baking Tray
• 1 Baking Paper
• 1 cup of butter with salt (at room temperature)
• 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
• 1 cup of white sugar
• 1 cup of brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 3 cups of pastry flour
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• ½ teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 2 cups of chocolate chips
Now, the preparation:
To start, we preheat the oven at 375ºF/190ºC. In the first bowl, we mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In the other bowl mix the butter that was in the fridge and all the sugar. Mix it until becomes a cream. Then add the eggs and the vanilla to this cream and mix more. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix it until having a dough consistency and last but not least add the chocolate chips.
We make 50 grams balls approximately and we put them in a baking tray separated equally. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and remove from the oven when they begin to brown.
